Dear Guest! The host of Nature Centrum Guesthouse places great emphasis on making your stay meaningful and memorable. In order to avoid any inconvenience, please read the accommodation’s house rules!
HOUSE RULES
The house rules apply to all guests staying at the guesthouse!
Check-in / Check-out:
I am available on site at the time of arrival and departure.
The accommodation can be booked between 14.00 and 21.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please inform us of your delay by phone at 06307388700! If you fail to do so, I may not be able to accommodate you. You must leave the accommodation by 10.00 on the day of departure, otherwise I will charge an additional fee.
Only the number of people specified at the time of booking may stay in the house for the night. Guests may only be accommodated with the owner’s prior permission. The guest is responsible for the behavior of their visitors – including any damage caused.
If you leave the holiday home, please always close the door and windows, and do not leave electrical appliances or air conditioning switched on.
In the event of loss of the keys or remote controls provided, the guest is obliged to report it immediately and reimburse the cost of the keys or the lock change to the accommodation provider.
Please observe silence at night from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM!
Data provision:
When a new guest arrives, I am legally obliged to record the data in the appropriate system. Therefore, the guest is obliged to provide his/her personal photo ID for the purpose of data collection. You can read more about the mandatory data provision here: https://vizainfo.hu/szallashelyek.
According to the Government Decree 235/2019.(X.15.) amended by Decree 501/2021.(VIII.18.), due to the mandatory use of the document reader, do not forget to bring your ID card, or in the case of foreign citizenship, your passport, because without an ID card I cannot register, so anyone without an ID card (this also applies to children) will not be able to occupy the accommodation.
Payment:
The accommodation fee and tourist tax are paid before departure. The tourist tax is 400 HUF/person/night (over 18 years of age). If for some reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the period you have booked in advance, you are still obliged to pay the accommodation fee for the nights booked.
Baby-child-friendly accommodation:
We welcome children in the guesthouse. However, we ask that you pay special attention to your children due to the design of the house (slides, jacuzzi). The child’s companions and/or legal representatives are responsible for the child’s safety and for any damage caused by the child.
As a baby-friendly accommodation, we provide a travel cot, high chair and baby bath free of charge after prior arrangement.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse. The area and features of our guesthouse are not suitable for hosting pets.
Liability:
The guest is financially responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the guesthouse or violation of the house rules. The person causing the damage (or their legal representative) must compensate the accommodation provider directly for any damage caused to the accommodation provider’s premises.
The accommodation provider is not responsible for any possible material damage or accidents resulting from improper use of the accommodation. The owner is not responsible for and cannot pay compensation for damages resulting from events beyond his/her control (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, etc.). The host is not responsible for the guest’s belongings!
Everyone can use the equipment (boat, canoe, barbecue, kettle, pool, etc.) at his/her own risk, and their parents or adults staying there are responsible for the safety of minors.
Parking:
Guests’ vehicles can park free of charge in the guesthouse’s closed, uncovered and unguarded parking lot. Please park your car in a way that does not restrict other residents’ free movement/parking!
Use of furnishings:
Please use the furnishings for their intended purpose. Do not remove decorative items from their place. Please do not take the interior furnishings and household items (bed, bedding, mattress, TV, etc.) out into the garden. If you have moved the furniture and household items during your stay, please put them back when you leave.
Meals:
The guesthouse has a well-equipped kitchen. Please use the dining room on the ground floor for meals. Do not put metal objects in the microwave.
Cleaning:
The guest receives the guesthouse clean, if there is a problem with the cleanliness, please inform the owner, we cannot accept subsequent complaints. You must ensure cleanliness during your stay. The guest is responsible for washing dishes.
In the case of a longer stay, the host will change clean bed linen and replace used towels once a week. For longer stays, we provide weekly cleaning and change of towels and bed linen free of charge.I can meet other needs for an additional fee. Please pay attention to order and cleanliness!
Garbage disposal, treatment:
Household waste can be collected in the bins located in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The host will remove any garbage that accumulates in the meantime at the guest’s request.
Fire protection:
The guesthouse has powder extinguishers installed on every floor of the building. In the event of a fire, immediately start the rescue and call the firefighters on 105, and then the accommodation provider!
The use of any kind of open flame (e.g. candles, incense burners) in the guesthouse is FORBIDDEN! Ironing is only permitted with the permission of the host and in the place designated by him. The heating device of the guesthouse must not be covered or clothes dried on it. It is FORBIDDEN to bring or store flammable liquids or other fire-causing materials into the rooms! The traffic route in the corridor leading to the rooms must not be narrowed, even temporarily!
Fire-making, cooking:
Fire-making and cooking is only possible in the designated place, at the guest’s own risk and in compliance with the current fire safety regulations! It is always mandatory to place an extinguisher next to a fire, and it is important to always remove flammable materials from the fire! Before leaving the fire-making area, please make sure that the fire has been extinguished! Burning materials other than firewood and paper available to the guest (e.g. plastic, rubber) is strictly FORBIDDEN!
Smoking:
Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the guesthouse! (Applies to Iqos and electronic cigarettes as well) Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (terrace, filagory). Throwing away burning cigarettes, matches, or putting them in a place where they can cause a fire is strictly FORBIDDEN! Please use an ashtray! Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages or smoke at the accommodation!
Fishing:
Fishing is only possible with a valid territorial permit and a purchased fishing ticket, and all points of it must be observed.
Please do not disturb your fellow fishermen by making noise around the pier, and please note that the backwaters are primarily occupied by fishermen who sit on the shore in the hope of catching fish.
The use of the boat is free, but only at your own risk!
Holt-Szamos is part of Natura 2000, which is why it is very important that littering on the waterfront or throwing garbage into the water is FORBIDDEN!
Air conditioning:
The air conditioning is free of charge. Please close the doors and windows when using it to save energy!
Internet:
The accommodation has a free Wi-Fi system. The Wi-Fi password can be found in the rooms, dining room or on the living room dresser. The host does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of the Wi-Fi – due to errors arising from the service. The host is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the guest’s device or its contents during or as a result of using the Wi-Fi. The guest may use the service at his own risk and responsibility.

– Bed linen, towels, extra blankets: available to guests free of charge. In case of a longer stay, we will change them free of charge.
– Sauna, jacuzzi use: available for an additional fee! Usage fee: 25,000 HUF/day. Their use is only possible after prior consultation and training with the owner.
– Seasonal pool: free of charge. Only at your own risk! Please do not leave children alone in the pool without supervision!
– Water equipment: the guesthouse has 2 boats and 3 canoes, which our guests can use free of charge, but only at their own risk!
– Use of laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board): available on request, free of charge.
– Shoe care tools, sewing kit: free of charge, can be found in the top drawer of the shoe cabinets.
– Umbrella/s: free of charge.
– Firewood: firewood for garden barbecue is provided free of charge
Other:
As in every household, something may break or malfunction in the guesthouse through no fault of the guest. If you notice any abnormality, please report it to the host immediately in order to prevent possible serious damage.
In case of violation of the house rules, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, the guest will not be able to refund any remaining days.
